FINALLY, a new crime series called Gangs Of London will be coming to our screens, starring familiar faces from Peaky Blinders to Game Of Thrones.

Expect plenty of tailored suits, glass-lined skyscrapers and gory violence…

When is Gangs Of London on TV?

Gangs Of London will be on Sky Atlantic from 9pm on Thursday, April 23.

You can also watch Gangs Of London on NOW TV from April 23 onwards.

There will be ten episodes of the show, with a duration of 60 minutes each.

Fans in the US will be able to watch Gangs Of London on Cinemax.

Who is in the Gang of London cast?

Finn Wallace (who is played by Cole Meaney) is the patriarch of the ruling gangster family.

Joe Cole, who viewers might recognise from his roles in Peaky Blinder and Skins, plays the head gangster's son, and is called Sean Wallace in the drama.

Sope Dirisu stars as Elliot Finch in the series, who is an ally to Sean Wallace.

Michelle Fairley, who also starred in Game Of Thrones, plays the role of gangster family matriarch, Marian Wallace.

What is Gangs Of London about?

Finn Wallace, who was the top gangster in London for 20 years, is murdered.

Nobody knows who ordered the hit, but due to his sudden absence, there is a void that needs filling within the gangster world.

International gangs of criminals fight to fill the power vacuum.

In the meantime, Finn's son (Sean Wallace) tries to maintain the control his family had enjoyed for decades.

Expect plenty of violence, excitement and action as the warring factions all compete for control.

The drama gives a glimpse of modern day London’s criminal world.

What are the reviews like?

Reviews for the new series are good overall, with Empire giving it four out of five stars, and IMBD giving the show a rating of just over eight out of ten.

The media company Den Of Geek provided Gangs Of London with another positive review, stating: ''Gangs of London is an impressive, explosive, thrilling must-watch for fans of epic action and twisty narrative who can stomach a bit of gore.''

Is there a trailer?

Fans of gory crime series will be pleased to know that there is a trailer of Gangs of London.

Although the trailer doesn't give too much of the plot away, a general sense of London's criminal world can be observed.
