Wendy Williams cruelly claims Meghan Markle ‘weaseled her way into the kingdom’ before leaving the UK for LA – The Sun

WENDY Williams cruelly claimed Meghan Markle "weaseled her way into the kingdom" before leaving the United Kingdom for Los Angeles.

The daytime talk show host later referred to Meghan as the "Duchess of Malibu."

Wendy gave her opinion on what she thought about Meghan dropping her first name, Rachel, to make it in Hollywood.

The talk show host said: "I think she did the right thing."

And she said it appears to have worked too, "including weaseling her way into the kingdom."

Wendy added she always liked Meghan's style and how "she finessed everybody" when she and Harry started dating.

Just as quickly as Wendy claimed Meghan seemed to get in with the Royal Family, she and Harry have retired from their royal duties in what's come to be known as "Megxit."

Earlier this year, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced they were stepping down as senior royals to carve out a "more progressive" role within the monarchy.

Last month The Sun exclusively revealed the ex-royals had set up permanent home in California after fleeing the coronavirus lockdown in Canada.

A source told The Sun Meghan's excited to return to Los Angeles soon: "This is the ideal result for her – she comes back to Hollywood with a prince to show off and getting to pick and choose who she wants to work and socialize with rather than the other way around.

"I think she always wanted to be back here, she always dreamed of the full-blown Hollywood lifestyle and this kind of clout. And I don't think it was even that hard to persuade Harry.

"Harry would do anything she wanted even when she was just a USA actress.

She then was able to extend her circle thanks to their relationship and bring names like Oprah and Serena Williams to their wedding.

Since the pandemic the Royal Family reportedly hoped Meghan and Harry would consider returning to the UK to help the the national effort against the outbreak.

Since then, Prince Charles, 71, tested positive for Covid-19.

The Queen, 93, and ailing Prince Philip, 98, were put into self-isolation.
