Spoilers: Frankie tells Mick she is his long lost daughter in EastEnders

Mick Carter’s (Danny Dyer) jaw is set to drop in dramatic EastEnders developments tonight as newcomer Frankie (Rose Ayling-Ellis) when she abruptly blurts out that she is his daughter! But is everything as it seems?

Frankie has made an impression since arriving in Walford, landing a job at the Prince Albert and even winning the affections of Tina (Luisa Bradshaw-White) who was recently embarrassed after making a pass at her.

But Mick has been left uneasy about Frankie after seeing her take lots of photographs, particularly of Ollie – and he has tactfully tried to warn her off in case Linda (Kellie Bright) gets the wrong idea.

As Mick and Linda are strained given that Linda is feeling guilty over sharing a kiss with Max Branning (Jake Wood) after she slightly relapsed and had a drink, Mick is left concerned when he hears that Frankie has Ollie.

As he catches up to her, he loses patience with her, but when she drops the huge news that she thinks he is her dad, he is stopped in his tracks.

How will Frankie explain this? Mick is clueless as to what she is talking about – until the pieces start to slowly fit together.

But what has happened in Mick’s past that has led to this moment? And is it really as simple that he cheated on childhood sweetheart Linda?

Or are there more layers to this story, a plot which is set to bring huge and life changing drama to the Carter clan.
