KELLY Brook flashed a beaming smile as she showed off her recent two stone weight loss with boyfriend Jeremy Parisi.

The pair were both dressed in black attire, taking their one permitted outdoor excursion per day in the form of a sunny stroll.

Kelly, 40, plumped for black skintight leggings, bright white trainers and a leather and faux fur jacket on their jaunt around a leafy part of the UK capital.

The figure-hugging attire served to show off her slender figure after she confessed she now felt her old self again, after dropping from a size 16 to a 12.

Brunette Kelly, who wore her long locks tied in a low ponytail and huge sunglasses, was clearly hugely at ease as she giggled away in a light hearted conversation with her boyfriend.

He too looked ready for an active stroll in a dark hoodie with eye-catching orange detailing.

Kelly has previously confessed she and her judo-loving boyfriend often hit the gym together, helping her tone up.

Although government-imposed restrictions during the current coronavirus pandemic have seen fitness and leisure centres forced to close, with a stroll for run the single permitted form of outdoor exercise.

The This Morning gardening segment host recently told Hello! Magazine of her newly-svelte figure: "I feel like my old self again.

"I crept up to a size 16. When my jeans started to feel tight I thought they'd shrunk in the wash.

"I definitely didn't feel my healthiest or most beautiful, and I wanted to feel good again."

Kelly has always embraced her "curves and cellulite" – no matter what the trolls say – but is "feeling fantastic" after embracing a healthier lifestyle.

But it wasn't just trolls who made fun of Kelly's weight gain.

Her French model boyfriend Jeremy Parisi nicknamed her a "balloon".

She told The Sun's Fabulous in 2018: "My boyfriend said I looked like a little balloon, it wasn’t just trolls it was him as well.

"I told my mum (Sandra Kelly) she should stop drinking once and she said ‘you should stop eating’."
