Katie Price reveals sweet video of Harvey trying to convince her carrot cake is a vegetable – The Sun

KATIE Price revealed a sweet video of her son Harvey trying to convince her carrot cake is a vegetable.

Katie, 41, filmed Harvey, 17, reading his shopping list and the teenager insisted he wanted beetroots, cucumber, and carrot cake.

Harvey, who is partially blind and has Prader-Willi syndrome and Autism, demonstrated his impressive writing and reading skills in the clip.

The adorable video saw the teenager share his favourite foods, and he ended his list with “lots of love love love from Harvey xxx”

Katie shared the heartwarming clip and she wrote over the top: “I asked Harvey to write me his shopping list today…

“He tried to convince me that carrot cake must be healthy as carrots are good.”

Katie has given fans a glimpse of her life in lockdown with Harvey after she brought him home residential care, so that she could take care of him during the coronavirus pandemic.

Over the weekend the star shared a fun video of Harvey dancing to support Autism Dance Day.

Katie melted hearts with the sweet clip of Harvey spinning around and bopping on the spot in their huge living room at home, as he took part in the Autism’s Got Talent event.

Harvey is the apple of his mum’s eye and the pair are extremely close.

She shared her videos on her Instagram story and captioned them: “So proud of my Harvey bear showing his support for Autism Dance Day.”

Katie told Channel 5 news: “Dance For Autism means a lot to me, it’s good for your mental health. I know when Harvey gets up and dances it wakes him up and puts a smile on his face.

“Otherwise he’ll just sit and draw or go on his iPad. So he gets up and dances, why not, it puts a smile on his face.”

Katie has become his full-time carer again during the imposed lockdown while her four other children stay with their dads.

The star has kids Junior, 14, and Princess, 12, with Peter Andre, and Jett, six, and Bunny, five, with Kieran Hayler.

Katie has been vocal about the difficulty of taking care of Harvey alone and her fears for his future.

She has previously said she fears 17-year-old Harvey could die from diabetes after he recently tipped the scales at 22 stone.

As his condition makes Harvey constantly feel hungry, Katie said “at the moment we are really trying to sort out his health.”

The former glamour model make the shocking revelation while filming her reality series My Crazy Life.

She added: “If he doesn’t sort it out he will die, we’ve been told, because of his heart.”
