MADE In Chelsea star Jamie Laing has been fined for using a mobile phone while riding a moped.

Cops caught Laing, 34, holding the phone with both hands while riding his Piaggio Vespa through central London on February 15.

He has now been slapped with a £192 fine, £110 costs, and a £76 court fee – as well as six penalty points.

PC Alexandra Day said: "I noticed that the rider of this vehicle was using a hand-held mobile device whilst driving.

"The device was being held in both their hands to the front, in front of themselves.

“I stopped the vehicle and spoke with the rider.
