Im A Celeb fans mock Olivia Attwood as they spot bizarre food blunder

I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! viewers were left surprised as the launch show saw Olivia Attwood eat strawberries with a knife and fork.

The first episode of the series aired on Sunday 6 November, and showcased many contestants being tested within minutes of their arrivals.

The former Love Island star, 31, was voted to become a VIP campmate and was therefore treated to a luxurious dish at a beautiful property.

Due to meeting radio DJ Chris Moyles first, she selected him to join her in the VIP section. Despite the wonderful scenery, fans were more focussed on Olivia's strawberry eating technique.

Taking to Twitter to point out that she was eating strawberries with a knife and fork, one person said: "Watching Olivia Atwood cut a strawberry with a knife and fork made me feel uncomfortable #ImACeleb."

A second said: "Why was Olivia eating a strawberry with a knife and fork #ImACeleb?"

"Did Olivia just eat a strawberry with a knife and fork ?? #ImACeleb," another added.

A fourth user wrote: "Olivia now why are you eating a strawberry with a knife and fork… #ImACeleb."

Roman Kemp commented: "Olivia using a knife and fork to eat a strawberry has already won #ImACeleb."

Despite Olivia and Chris enjoying some beautiful cuisine, their peaceful setting didn't last too long as they were soon tasked with skydiving out of a helicopter.

While they were certainly both nervous, the duo fought against their fears and completed the task.

Other campmates who made their entrances on Sunday included Loose Women's Charlene White, comedian Babatunde Aleshe and former professional footballer Jill Scott.

The trio were challenged stand on the ledge of a 32 storey building, however Babatunde struggled to walk forward and decided to bow out of the challenge.

“Just go! Just go," he told himself, before declaring: “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!”

Explaining his decision, Babatunde said: “I said I was determined to be here [on solid ground]. I wasn’t determined to be there [pointing to the plank].”

As Babatunde cheered them on, Jill and Charlene were able to silence their fears and stand on the ledge hanging over the side of the building, before taking a leap of faith off it.

Viewers also saw campmates Boy George, Scarlette Douglas, Mike Tindall, Sue Cleaver and Owen Warner arriving.

George and Scarlette were treated to VIP treatment, while the rest had to undergo slimy and watery challenges to earn meals for their dinner.

I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! airs at 9pm on ITV.
