Helen Skelton has the determination to win Strictly Come Dancing and with her tight bond with partner Gorka Marquez, she could be set for glory on Saturday night. Body language expert Darren Stanton has been assessing the chances of each finalist and the Countryfile presenter may well defy the odds to win the BBC showpiece. She will face off against Fleur East, Hamza Yassin and Molly Rainford in the grand finale.
Darren, speaking on behalf of Betfair, gave Helen a glowing report before the final four take centre stage for the last time.
He said: “Helen has gone from strength to strength with professional partner Gorka in recent weeks.
“The two have grown so incredibly close and have gained a deeper level of synchronisation compared to previous weeks.
“From their non-verbal signals and facial expressions around each other, the two are very tactile and have also developed a deep level of rapport.”

The expert continued: “They are clearly displaying all of the signs of a very deep connection.
“There have been plenty of points where Helen has lacked confidence in the competition.
“However, she has recently shown a huge change in her mindset, which has resulted in her focusing and working so incredibly hard with Gorka.
“There is a determination in her face that shows she now truly believes she has the capability to win the competition, which is something that we did not see in the early stages of the series.”
Helen and Gorka are yet to fall into the bottom two of the leaderboard and face the dreaded dance-off.
With this in mind, the pair clearly have plenty of public support and the pair will surely fancy their chances of being the 2022 winners.
The much-loved show will see each dancing duo perform three routines on Saturday evening.
Every couple will dance a favourite dance, selected by them and a routine selected by the judges Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke and Motsi Mabuse.
The remaining celebrities will also perform a Showdance which is meant to be a stand-out moment for each couple.
Tyler West previewed the final on ITV’s Lorraine and he could not wait for this part of the show.
The former contestant described the Showdance as a “Wham-bam-thank-you-mam” moment, intended to electrify the audience and viewers at home.
Helen’s been chosen by the judges to dance the Jive to Tightrope by Janelle Monae and she has chosen her show-stopping Cabaret Couple’s Choice which scored her a phenomenal 39 points out of 40.
Her Showdance will be to the hit Shine by Emeli Sande as the TV presenter and Gorka try to hit their first maximum score of the series.
If Helen’s to be crowned the champion of the 20th edition of the BBC show, she will have to overcome the bookmakers’ favourite for the competition.
Hamza is fancied at 1/2 with Ladbrokes to defeat the other three hopefuls, with Helen at 7/2 to win.
Odds on Molly and Carlos winning the show are tipped at 40/1 and Fleur and Vito Coppola the outsiders priced at 66/1.
