Emmerdale fans were left scratching their heads during Tuesday's visit to the Yorkshire Dales.
Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) suffered an epileptic seizure during the latest episode of the ITV soap and Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) made a baffling decision in a bid to help his friend.
Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) celebrated his birthday, and Liv booked him a kayaking trip for him and love interest Ben.
However, as Liv and Vinny returned home, she began having a seizure.
A concerned Vinny called his father Paul right away, who later rang an ambulance as Liv came back around.
Emmerdale fans were shocked and rushed to social media to question why Vinny didn't ring an ambulance first before his dad.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "Oh no Liv is having a fit and Vinny called Paul in a panic. Worse person to call for help ever."
Another added: "Call an ambulance instead of your dad maybe Vinny."
A third person pointed out: "Why wouldn’t you phone an ambulance immediately?"
While a fourth wrote: "Why wouldn’t you phone an ambulance immediately?"
Liv was diagnosed with epilepsy during Monday's episode, leaving her older brother Aaron beside himself.
The young girl didn't seem too upset by the diagnosis and was determined to live her normal life.
When Aaron received word that Liv was in hospital, he was livid, and therefore blamed Ben for taking his phone of him.
When he arrived at the hospital, he vented his frustration at Vinny — blaming him also.
Paul stepped in to protect his son, and Aaron informed Vinny that he’s lucky Paul is present, before ordering them both to leave.
What will Liv have to say about the way her brother spoke to Vinny?
Emmerdale airs weekdays on ITV at 7pm
