Coronation Street 's Jack P Shepherd's love child has turned age 10 and mum Sammy Milewski couldn't resist paying tribute to his continuous bravery in the celebratory annual post.
Sammy took to Instagram to share a trio of adorable images to mark her son Greyson entering double digits.
In one snap Greyson looked effortlessly cute, wearing a grey wool hat with an electric blue trim along with a navy-coloured jacket and matching gloves as he smiled for the camera in a snow-covered garden.
The soap star's son is seriously ill, suffering from an incurable condition that attacks his small body with agonising seizures.
Greyson was diagnosed with a one in-a-million genetic disorder called alternating hemiplegia of childhood (AHC).
It is a neurological condition characterised by recurrent episodes of temporary paralysis, often affecting one side of the body.
Wanting to wish her son a happy birthday but commend Greyson's courage, his mum Sammy, from South Yorkshire took to social media.
She wrote: "Massive Happy Birthday to this amazing little man. What a year it"s been an we're going into!"
Sammy continued: "With so many challenges but you never cease to amaze me, with everything going on in the world and struggles you deal with daily.
"#AHC #paralysis, yet you constantly light up any room with your witty charm and personality never letting anything set you back.
"I'm so proud to be your mummy. Can't believe your now in double digits."
Jack, who is better known for his TV role as David Platt, shares two other children Nyla, 11, and Reuben, seven, with former fiancée Lauren Shippey.
The Corrie star cheated on Lauren with the Yorkshire-lass Sammy after they'd met in club when he was age 21.
When it came to light that Sammy was pregnant with his child, Jack demanded a DNA test after he was born.
In spite of paying child maintenance support money, the actor has still never met his little boy.
Hanni Treweek who is Jack's current partner opened up about facing online bullies regularly after she was asked on an Instagram Q&A: "How do you feel dating a man who has nothing to do with his disabled son Greyson?"
Hanni chirped back: "I get trolled by people like you on a daily basis.
"I wasn’t in Jack's life when that happened. What I can comment on is that he was 21, a young man himself in the public eye with a lot to learn.
"Everyone has a past, it's important not to judge a book by its cover."
