Kelly Osbourne is not on speaking terms with her older sister, Aimee Osbourne.
“We don’t talk,” Kelly, 36, said on Monday’s episode of Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast.
Kelly explained that she and Aimee, 37, don’t quite see things eye to eye, though she did not elaborate.
“We’re just really different,” she said. “She doesn’t understand me, and I don’t understand her.”
Kelly and Aimee are the daughters of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. The couple also share son Jack Osbourne.
The “Fashion Police” alum opened up about her rocky relationship with Aimee while discussing their family’s reality TV show, “The Osbournes,” which aired on MTV from 2002 to 2005.
While Kelly and Jack, 35, starred in the show alongside their famous parents, Aimee refused to make an appearance and has been critical of the series.
“For me, I had grown up around having a pretty well-known dad anyway, and I always really valued my privacy within that family,” Aimee said in 2020 interview with New York’s Q1043 radio.
She added, “For me personally, and for who I am, you know, as far as morally and also just to give myself a chance to actually develop into a human being as opposed to just being remembered for being a teenager, it didn’t really line up with what I saw my future as.”
Aimee, who moved out of her family’s house at the age of 16, has also opened up about her contentious relationship with Kelly in the past.
“I wouldn’t say there is an ease between us, but there is an acceptance,” she told The Independent in 2015. “Do we socialize? No.”
Ozzy Osbourne has three other children — Elliot, 55, Jessica, 49, and Louis, 46 — from his first marriage to Thelma Riley. They did not appear on “The Osbournes” either.
