SEVERAL branches of Lloyds Bank have closed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
But while the majority of branches remain open they have reduced hours.

As of March 25, branches will open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday and will close on weekends.

The bank's branch locator tool has been suspended for now.
In addition, the bank's mobile branches will not run until further notice.

A spokesman for Lloyds told the Sun: “Following the government’s confirmation of new measures to tackle coronavirus, our branches and call centres remain open.
“Our branches will open from 10am to 2pm on weekdays, with no weekend openings.
"This temporary change will help us to safeguard essential services across the country, maintain access to cash for our customers, and ensure those who are vulnerable or in financial difficulty can continue to speak to our colleagues.
“We would encourage customers to only visit a branch if it is absolutely necessary.”

It comes as several shops have closed temporarily as they were classed as "non essential".
We’ve made a list of all the stores that are still open under the government’s new rules.
Meanwhile post offices are remaining open as they are an "essential service" according to Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
