Married at First Sight UK is fast shaping up to be the most dramatic dating show on the box.
Bride Megan Wolfe stole the headlines following the latest episode after she kissed a groom that wasn’t her own, causing a storm of criticism.
However, the 26-year-old has batted off the comments and defended herself fairly saying that viewers only see an edited chain of events.
But what else do we know about Megan and her life away before the show? Let’s take a look.
Megan is from Stoke and is a trained singer, dancer and actor that describes herself as a "constant entertainer".
On her Instagram, her bio reads that she is an actress and a wellness coach.
Megan regularly shares self-help tips and tricks to help followers find peace and mind and feel their best.
Her dad passed away when she was just eight years old and she has said that she uses her grief to mentor children struggling with their mental health.
She has also worked in suicide prevention for teens and young people and dedicated much of her working life to improving the nation’s mental health.
Megan decided to apply for Married At First Sight having never had a proper relationship before and tired of endless ‘situationships’.
Opening up about her dating history prior to the show, Megan said: “I have terrible taste.
“Of course, it is a good option to get someone to do it for me. It just felt like an opportunity I couldn’t miss. Each step of the way has felt more and more right.”
Megan was paired up with Bob Voysey, however, the cracks started to show on their honeymoon where their differences first started to show.
When asked by a fan if she went on the show for fame, Megan set the record straight writing: "All of the singles go through a longggg process to determine their genuine intentions.
"I don't believe anyone in it for fame would've made it through. I would have probably choosen something a little easier if fame was the objective."
Married at First Sight UK started last month and it will be providing viewers with plenty of entertainment over the next few weeks of the E4 dating series.
