The One Show star Alex Jones enjoyed some spring sunshine while heading out to a local park during the coronavirus lockdown.
The TV presenter, who is continuing to host the BBC show while distancing from co-hosts and guests, relaxed during some much-needed downtime outdoors.
The 43-year-old mother-of-two looked stunning as she dressed down in black leggings and a pink sweatshirt while keeping warm in a shearling-lined coat.

The outing comes after Alex’s The One Show co-host Matt Baker revealed his fears that he could have coronavirus as he self-isolates at home.
During an episode of the show last week, the 42 year old hosted the programme via webcam from home after his son showed symptoms of the virus.
During Thursday night's episode, he admitted he was "anxious" about his health after he started to show symptoms himself.

"To be honest with you, right, I'm not feeling as good as I normally do and I've wondered for a couple of days whether or not we've got it.
"But certainly I'm feeling pretty tired and I've got this dry cough and I don't have a fever as such, but I have been going out today to try and get a bit of fresh air.
