Katie Price praises exes Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler as ‘great dads’ to their children

Katie Price has opened up on co-parenting with her two exes, Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler, saying they are “great dads”.

The mother-of-five opened up on not being able to see her children as she remains at home with her son Harvey, 17, who is in the “high risk” category during the coronavirus lockdown.

Her other children, Junior, 14, and Princess, 12, are staying with her former husband Peter, while Jett, six, and Bunny, five, stay with Kieran.

The 41-year-old revealed she stays in touch with Peter and Kieran as she praised their parenting skills while she’s unable to see the kids,

"I regularly FaceTime the kids. I can’t wait to see them and to give them a big hug – this has been really hard,” she explained.

"Kieran and Peter are great dads – I know the children are in safe hands."

Speaking of Harvey, who is blind and suffers from Prader-Willi Syndrome, Katie added: “Harvey is one of those who are at a high risk of dying if they get it, so I haven’t been able to see my other kids."

Katie also discussed the difficult times she’s faced in recent months ahead of the hour-long special of her Quest Red show, My Crazy Life.

In scenes from the trailer, Katie is seen in a rehab facility, admitting to viewers: “The only reason I’m still sitting here now is because of my children.”

She told The Sun of the difficult time in her life: “It was a dark and lonely time.

"Whatever way I turned, I ended up going the wrong way, doing, making and taking the wrong choices.

"I lost who I was, I didn’t know who or where I was headed anymore – I wanted to give up."
