Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has showed off her three and a half stone weight loss in a stunning white dress as she celebrated her friend’s birthday.

The 21 year old, who revealed she has been dieting since she was eight years old, shared that she had sprained her ankle during the celebratory event after a fun-filled night of partying with her 76,000 followers on her Instagram page.

Amy attended the gorgeous outdoor event in a white T-shirt dress, which highlighted her bronzed tan and showed off her trim figure at her friend’s 21st birthday party.

She posed for the picture with her hand on her hip in the knee-length number, which featured puffed sleeves and frill detailing. She paired it with a silver wrist watch and a pink friendship bracelet.

She styled her honey blonde hair in loose beach waves and showed off her artistry skills with a full face of glamorous makeup for the event.

The girls danced the night away under a large gazebo in her friend’s back garden in order to adhere to the government guidelines, which was beautifully decorated with pink and white balloons and matching pink rugs to tie the space together.

Amy, who followed musclefood’s Do The Unthinkable diet and fitness programme to shed the weight, grabbed a cheeky snap with the birthday girl as they beamed in front of the white floral display in matching white outfits.

She captioned the birthday photos: “Might of left with a sprained ankle but at least I got some good pics.”

Amy then went on to share a picture of her unfortunate injury on her Instagram stories with her ankle wrapped up in a bandage. She wrote: “Injured trooper I am," followed by a crying with laughter emoji and an emoji of a monkey covering its eyes.

The TV personality made the decision to lose the pounds after she was cruelly targeted by trolls when she shot to fame on Gogglebox as a teenager back in 2013.

She openly admitted that she used to cry over the hurtful comments made about her weight while she appeared alongside her family on the hit Channel 4 show for five years.

Despite the hateful comments, Amy shared in an interview with The Sun that she is now “happier than ever” in her new body and “loves herself more than ever.”

With her newfound confidence, Amy went on to appear on Celebs Go Dating in a bid to find her Prince Charming.

However, the TV personality, who recently hit back at a hateful troll online, shared that it is still an uphill battle as she still receives hate comments from vile trolls online.

She opened up about her continuous battle with haters on her Instagram stories.

The TV personality wrote: “My worst thing is backhanded compliments.

“Like just compliment someone if you’re gonna compliment them. Don’t be like, ‘well done another 3 stone to go,’ because when you think about it that’s more of an insult than a compliment.
