Mark Charnock has paid an emotional tribute to his late on-screen son Harry Whittaker on what would have been his 10th birthday.
Harry, who played Marlon Dingle and Rhona Goskirk's son on popular soap Emmerdale, died in July 2014 from chronic lung disease at the age of just three.
Actor Mark, 52, who recently shared a peak into his cosy Yorkshire home, has taken to his Twitter feed to share a sweet snap of the toddler, smiling as he sat on some carpeted stairs wearing a Spider-Man costume.
In the caption, he wrote: "On what would have been his 10th birthday, thinking of this little Spider-Man today. Thinking of the joy he brought to everyone he encountered and of his giddy laughter.

"Thinking of our prince Harry with love and happy memories. Xxx".
Many of Mark's fans were quick to comment on the heartfelt message, praising him for remembering little Harry, who had Down's Syndrome.
One person wrote: "So lovely you remember him and his achievements in his short life," followed by a red heart emoji.

Another said: "Such a lovely wee smiley face. Heartbreaking…. I’m so sorry. No words are any use l know. God bless him x," alongside a kissing emoji.
While a third added: "Happy Heavenly Birthday Harry, hope you’re having a big party up there God Bless You Little Man. Thoughts and prayers are with your family today xx," with a crying emoji.
Following Harry's untimely death nearly seven years ago, an episode of Emmerdale ended with a heartfelt tribute to him.

It read: "To Harry, With Love," alongside a photo of the child star.
At the time of the devastating news, an Emmerdale spokesman said: "Very sadly we can confirm Harry Whittaker's passing.
"We will all miss him greatly and have offered our sincerest condolences to his family at this very sad time."
