Crowded House have postponed their U.K. and European Tour for a second time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“For obvious reasons we are postponing our U.K./Europe tour to 2022,” the Australian rock band said in a statement. “Thanks everyone for being so understanding and staying strong through this crazy time. We cannot wait to be playing music for you all. What a cathartic time it will be.”
Originally scheduled to be held in 2020, Crowded House’s first European tour in a decade was postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic.
The run was delayed again for the same reason.
The tour will begin at The Roundhouse in London on June 5, 2022, and run through July 3, when the final show will take place at Noches del Botánico in Madrid, Spain. Original tickets remain valid for the new dates.
Meanwhile, the band’s latest album, Dreamers Are Waiting, is set for release on June 4.
