Confident Harry happy to be back as he displays cocky bravado, says expert

Prince Harry appeared "upbeat" and "confident" as he arrived at King Charles' Coronation in London on Saturday, an expert has said.

The Duke of Sussex, 38, jetted into the UK from Los Angeles on Friday morning ahead of his father and stepmother Camilla's crowning on Saturday 6 May, with his wife Meghan Markle, 41, remaining in California.

Harry arrived at Westminster Abbey on Saturday alongside his cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie and their husbands, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Jack Brooksbank.

He put on a display of "cocky bravado" at the historic event and could be seen joking around with Eugenie, who he is known to share a very close bond with.

Harry appeared "happy to be back" in the UK with the Royal Family, body language expert Judi James claims, and viewers saw a brief return of the "joker prince" as he teased Eugenie.

Judi told The Mirror: "Chatting first to Edo he then got the attention of Eugenie and Jack and we saw an incredible return of the joker prince as Harry grinned and used two hands cupped widely under his stomach to do what looked like a mime of Eugenie’s heavily-pregnant state."

She continued: "Still smiling and with his cheeks rounded, he then proceeded to perform a display of what looked like rather cocky bravado."

"His striding walk looked jaunty as he pushed one side of his jacket away before making his way up the aisle nodding, grinning, using eye-brow flash rituals and chatting with people in the congregation as though signalling to the world that he was upbeat, confident and happy to be back," Judi told the publication.

Harry's UK trip marks the first time he has seen the Royal Family since Queen Elizabeth II's funeral in September 2022. It is also believed to be the first time he has seen his father Charles, 74, and brother William, 40, since the release of his explosive memoir, Spare, which landed on shelves back in January.

Harry will attend the Coronation ceremony on Saturday but will not be present at any other celebrations across the three-day bank holiday weekend.

He is believed to be jetting straight back to the US after the Coronation to join wife Meghan to celebrate their son Archie's fourth birthday.
