The Body Coach Joe Wicks has been keeping the nation active during the current UK lockdown with his daily PE lessons.
But Thursday morning’s class was interrupted by Joe’s adorable two-year-old Indie, who walked right into the live session before showing off her best moves.
Joe, 33, was nearing the end of his 30-minute workout when his daughter, who he shares with wife Rosie Jones, 29, walked into the shot of the camera.

He then introduced his daughter, telling viewers: “This is my beautiful baby Indie… Show them how you squat. So good! That's amazing! Thats the best squats you've ever done! I got distracted by Indie. Indie let's do another stretch.”
Joe then took to his Instagram page to share some videos of himself and his daughter playing around, revealing that 800,000 people tuned in on Thursday.

Joe announced last week that he will be holding free virtual PE classes for children across the country to partake in as schools across the country close.
Schools will be closed for the foreseeable future as the country goes through uncertain times amid the Covid-19 virus outbreak, but Joe has declared himself the ‘nation’s PE teacher’ and has vowed to help keep children active while they remain at home.
Joe announced his plans for the PE classes as he wrote on his Instagram: “PE WITH JOE starting Monday morning at 9am on my YOUTUBE channel: The Body Coach TV.
“I’m going to be the Nations PE teacher everyday Monday to Friday at 9am. Please please share this with as many people as you can.
“Our kids need this more than ever. Share it on your stories, your wall, your Twitter, whatsapp and school newsletters. Thank you #PEwithJoe.”
The fitness influencer later asked his followers to spread the word as he wrote: “I produce so much free fitness content online and I never ask for anything in return but today I need your help.
