Ashley Cain has revealed he's been having acupuncture cupping treatment to relieve stress after the tragic death of his daughter Azaylia.
The 30 year old and his partner Safiyya Vorajee, 33, lost their baby girl, just eight months, in late April amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The pair had raised £1.6 million for a treatment in Singapore before being hit with the news that the disease had spread to her brain, which meant the treatment was no longer an option.
Since then, grieving dad Ashley has spoken openly about the depression and anxiety he's felt, but has soldiered on and used exercise as a way to try and lift his spirits.
Now, the former Ex On The Beach star has documented the painful-looking treatment he had done, which is known to increase blood circulation and relieve muscle tension.
The cups, which can also improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair, spanned from his shoulders all the way down to his lower back and his upper thighs.
Sharing a series of photos for his 1.9million Instagram followers to see, the reality star captioned them: "Acupuncture Cupping," before showing off the results, which highlighted the red circles on his skin.
It comes after Ashley recently opened up about his heartache over Father's Day without his daughter Azaylia by his side.
In a post shared on Saturday 19 June on his Instagram story, Ashley wrote: "It was only when my dad rang me yesterday and asked me if I'd like to go round his house for food today because he couldn't cope with Father's Day this year, that I realised it was Father's Day tomorrow.
"It's cut me so deep that I never got the chance to have Father's Day while Azaylia was here with me and I'm already feeling like tomorrow is going to be one of the hardest days yet." He then added a broken heart emoji.

Ashley and Safiyya's daugther Azaylia was born in August 2020, two months after Father's Day and she tragically passed away in April this year.
Later heartbroken Ashley, who recently revealed he had a photograph of Azaylia printed on his bedsheets, discussed how he had been tempted to have a drink but turned to exercise instead.
Speaking about his decision to stay active and make positive decisions Ashley explained: "I want to be as fresh as possible for tomorrow so I can get up, I can run eight miles, I can bike 30 miles, and I can go and spend some time down with my daughter for Father's Day.
"She's given me the strength, y'know – and I'm starting to make the right decisions in my life for the right reasons. Let's go champ."
Ashley later visited his daughter's grave and shared videos on his Instagram story.
As he posted a clip of the grave filled with flowers and stuffed toys, he credited his daughter for: "My strength My power My Purpose".
