Gregory Tyree Boyce’s Cause Of Death: ‘Twilight’ Star, 30, & GF Died Of Accidental Drug Overdose

‘Twilight’ actor Gregory Tyree Boyce’s cause of death has been revealed as an overdose on June 1. A coroner in Las Vegas confirmed the tragic news, following the actor’s untimely death at the age of 30.

Gregory Tyree Boyce‘s official cause of death has been released by the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner’s office. The actor, best known for playing Tyler Crowley in the first Twilight film, died “from the effects of cocaine and fentanyl intoxication,” according to USA Today. He was just 30 years old at the time of his death.

The announcement from the medical examiner comes nearly three weeks after Boyce and his girlfriend, 27-year-old Natalie Adepoju, were both found dead in their Las Vegas, Nevada condo on May 13. Her cause of death was determined to be an overdose by the medical examiner.

Boyce played a small, but important role in 2008’s Twilight. Tyler Crowley is the high school student who almost hits Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) with his car, before Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) stops the car with just his hand. Without this incident, Bella wouldn’t have figured out Edward’s secret so easily. He also had a small role in the 2018 video short Apocalypse. According to his mother, Lisa Wayne, Boyce had dreams of transitioning into the food industry.

“My baby boy, Greg Boyce was the best chef… oh man. He was in the process of starting a wing business, West Wings,” she wrote on Facebook, including a logo for his fledgling company. “He created the flavors to his perfection and named them after west coast rappers. Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Roddy Ricch, The Game, etc. He had flavors like, Tequila Lime Agave… those were my favorite. A Hennessy Maple flavor, oh man, just so damn good. I can say that my son was my favorite chef. He was on to something great and that was his passion.”

Boyce leaves behind his mother, Lisa, and a 10-year-old daughter named Alaya from a previous relationship. May he and Natalie rest in peace.

Pink brands President Donald Trump 'a coward and a racist'

Pink has labelled President Donald Trump a ‘coward and a racist’, following his reaction to the Black Lives Matter protests across the country.

It emerged that Trump was taken to an underground bunker in the White House as protesters gathered in Washington, while he tweeted that he would deploy the US military if violent protests aren’t stopped.

Protests have sparked across the United States following the death of George Floyd, after a white police officer knelt on the 46-year-old black man’s neck during an arrest.

After Trump tweeted: ‘LAW AND ORDER!’, Pink saw red, with the 40-year-old tweeting: ‘You’re a coward and a racist and just like everything else you’ve ever attempted in your life, A COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE.

‘I can’t wait to vote you out in November. Maybe you’ll see the results from your baby bunker.’

It appears that this comment lost Pink some followers, as the star later tweeted: ‘It’s insane to me how many people think I will be upset about racists unfollowing me. You don’t really even need to announce your exit. You have my blessing. Go. Go now. One quick push of a button and you don’t have to look in the mirror or confront who you really are.’

And over on Instagram, the singer dismissed those using the #AllLivesMatter hashtag, as she shared Billie Eilish’s post on the controversy.

One person commented on her repost: ‘Totally get where you’re coming from. HOWEVER, as a person with a lawyer brain, I have to say… when you single out one race and say ‘that’ race matters. You ARE implicitly saying other races don’t matter as much. It is automatically inferred. I believe it does this situation a disjustice [sic] by putting it in the #blacklivesmatter category. This could happen to ANY ONE OF US! THAT is the atrocity! THAT is the REAL issue. It is not about race.’

Pink fired back: ‘You are the epitome of white privilege and the saddest part is that you don’t even hear yourself and probably never will.’

The Get This Party Started singer is among the many celebrities who have been speaking out and donating to memorial and protest funds over the past week.

Today, many have joined a social media blackout to raise awareness and solidarity for the movement, with stars including Rihanna and Drake leading the poignant trend.

Ashley Graham Shares Intimate Breastfeeding Moment in First Magazine Photoshoot

In the accompanying interview, the plus-size model opens up about her struggles with the physical changes she experienced after discovering she was pregnant, and the joy of motherhood.

AceShowbizAshley Graham is pictured nursing her newborn son Isaac in her first photoshoot since giving birth back in January.

The model stuns in a pure white shirt dress in the portrait, which was shot by her husband Justin Ervin in her home state of Nebraska for Harper’s Bazaar U.K.

In the accompanying interview, Ashley admits, that while she’s spent much of her career promoting a message of body positivity, she struggled with the physical changes she experienced after discovering she was pregnant.

“That was the wildest part,” she shares. “I thought, ‘What about the things I’ve told myself? What about the affirmations I’ve gone through?’ None of these mattered because my body was changing so rapidly.”

“It really took me some time to figure it out mentally, because it was like there was an alien taking over my body.”

However, the joy of motherhood soon took over, as she explains: “I was so excited. I knew immediately I was going to be a great mum.”

Ashley goes on to recall her son’s birth, and jokes that Justin was left twiddling his thumbs as he felt helpless during his wife’s labour.

“Justin wanted to be as helpful as possible, and the midwife told him: there’s nothing you can do, nothing! I was in the pool, and I looked over to see him in the kitchen cutting up meat and adding seasoning, because it was all he could do…”.

However, she added: “If I hadn’t had my midwives or even Justin in the room, the whole experience would have been a very different one for me.”

Brad Pitt Became Emotionally Distant After Jennifer Aniston Finished Filming 'Friends'

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were married for five years and they divorced in 2005. The couple’s relationship was highly publicized, and in September 2005, Vanity Fair interviewed Aniston after her separation from Pitt. Aniston detailed her viewpoint from falling in love with Pitt to how she moved on following their breakup. In the interview, the actress revealed that Pitt did not support her the way she needed after Friends went off the air.

Brad Pitt was not there for Jennifer Aniston

For 10 years, Aniston starred as Rachel Green in Friends, and she is still close with her co-stars, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. However, the show ending still felt like a loss for Aniston.

“That was really painful. It was a family, and I don’t do great with families splitting up,” Aniston told Vanity Fair. “It was hard to have such a wonderful constant in your life, a place to go every day, and then all of a sudden it’s not there.”

While Aniston grappled with the ending of Friends, Pitt began to withdraw from their marriage.

“He just wasn’t there for me,” Aniston said.

The actress told Vanity Fair that Pitt did not show up to the final taping of the show, a move that shocked people in her life.

“He was working,” she said.

The actress continued her optimistic outlook after the divorce

Aniston is often known for her optimistic worldview despite the hardships she has endured. Divorcing Pitt of course hurt Aniston, but at the time of the Vanity Fair interview she said she would not change what she went through.

“I would be a robot if I said I didn’t feel moments of anger, of hurt, of embarrassment,” Aniston told the publication. “I wouldn’t change my heartaches, I wouldn’t change my successes. I wouldn’t change any of it, because I really love who I am, and am continuing to become.”

She also told Vanity Fair that she did not want to be consumed by the divorce.

Girl’s best friend… bring Clyde to work day.

A post shared by Jennifer Aniston (@jenniferaniston) on

“This doesn’t kill you. You move on. You can’t let the devastation of a divorce take over and win—let it make you this bitter, closed-off, angry, skeptical person. Then you’re just falling victim to it. You don’t want to shut your heart down. You don’t want to feel that when a marriage ends, your life is over,” Aniston said. “You can survive anything. Compared to what other people are surviving out there in the world, this is not so bad, in the grand scheme of things. Human endurance is unbelievable.”

Jennifer Aniston does have a few regrets about her marriage to Brad Pitt

In the interview with Vanity Fair, Aniston made it clear that she did not regret falling in love with Pitt, and the actress hoped that one day the two would be able to be friends following their divorce. Looking back, the actress did admit that she would have tried to put more of her needs first in their marriage.

“I wouldn’t give over so much of myself, which I did at times. It was that thing about being a nurturer; I love taking care of people, and I definitely put his needs before mine sometimes. It’s seamless; somewhere along the way, you sort of lose yourself. You just don’t know when it happens. It’s such an insidious thing, you don’t really see where it started—and where you ended. There’s no one to blame but yourself,” she said.

Aniston continued, “I’ve always been that way in relationships, even with my mom. It’s not the healthiest. I feel like I’ve broken the pattern now. I’ll never let myself down like that again. I feel like my sense of self is being strengthened because of it.”

Gwyneth Paltrow 'Immediately Took a Shine' to Robert Downey Jr. When They First Met

Celebrity friendships may come and go but the one between Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr. is going strong. The actors play love interests in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but off-camera they are close friends. Ahead, find out they first met.

They play Tony Stark and Pepper Potts in the MCU

Iron Man is the film that started it all for Marvel Studios and the MCU. Hitting theaters in 2008, Iron Man follows RDJ as he portrays billionaire and genius inventor Tony Stark. A playboy who accidentally becomes a superhero better known as Iron Man, Stark’s trusty personal assistant Pepper Potts (Paltrow) is by his side through it all.

It’s clear from early on in the movie there’s chemistry between Stark and Potts and they soon develop a relationship outside of work. Throughout the MCU, the romance between the characters continues to grow. When Avengers: Endgame debuted in 2019, audiences learned Potts and Stark had become parents.

Today, although their time in the MCU seems to have ended, fans still love the on-screen couple. And what’s more than that, Paltrow and RDJ continue to be great friends in real life.

Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow meet in the 1990s

As actors, Paltrow and RDJ have run in the same circles for years. They’ve known each other for decades and first met at a film festival in the 1990s. According to The Oregonian during a 2013 interview with the Associated Press, the duo recounted their first meeting.

Paltrow admitted at the time she’d been unsure about RDJ because of his reputation in Hollywood. The Iron Man actor remembered a mutual friend telling him Paltrow had called them up and asked about him.

“She was like, ‘What is wrong with him? Who is this guy?’ She called him up asking, like, if it was going to be essentially bad for her reputation to be hanging out with me,” RDJ said.

Paltrow denied it saying, “That is not true!”

RDJ then clarified his previous comment: “What I mean was, I was wild.”

Despite being known as “wild,” Paltrow and RDJ got along from the start.

“He was really wild, and I was very naive,” Paltrow said. “I immediately took a shine to him. … Then he went off the radar for a little while.”

Fast-forward to 2008 when the two are playing love interests in what would become one of the biggest movie franchises ever. More than a decade after Iron Man’s original debut, RDJ and Paltrow remain close.

Gwyneth Paltrow considers Robert Downey Jr. her ‘brother, friend, and supporter’

RDJ and Paltrow aren’t shy about showing their love for each other on social media. They wish each other a happy birthday on Instagram and post the occasional selfie together.

On April 4, 2020, RDJ’s birthday, Paltrow took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of her and the Sherlock Holmes actor along with a sweet message. Next to a picture of RDJ giving a toast at Paltrow’s wedding to Brad Falchuk, the Oscar-winning actress gushed about her costar.

“He is my brother, friend and supporter,” Paltrow wrote about RDJ. “A mega genius, and the weirdest comedy writer of all time.”

Over on RDJ’s Instagram, he’s posted pictures of him and Paltrow often with the hashtag “Pepperony.” And he’s credited her for majorly impacting the creation of the Iron Man character. Their bond is so strong RDJ will reportedly return to MCU and reprise his role only if Paltrow agrees to come back too.

Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds Reflect On Their ‘Mistakes’ & ‘Complicity’ As T

What a nice, thoughtful gesture by two high-profile celebrities — hopefully we’ll see this from more in the coming days.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have made a $200,000 donation to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, admitting their collective “blindness” to racial issues as part of their white privilege in the past. Now this is how you be an ally, people!

The couple — who infamously held their wedding at a former slave plantation in Charleston, South Carolina back in 2012 — also released a statement on social media reflecting on how “ashamed” they are over how “uninformed” they’ve been in the past about sensitive racial issues. As part of that statement, the popular couple vowed to do better by people of color from here on out — a lofty and respectable goal, to be sure.

Sharing an identical statement on both of their Instagram accounts, the Gossip Girl star and her Canadian-born husband of Deadpool fame wrote in part (below):

“We never had to worry about preparing our kids for different rules of law or what might happen if we’re pulled over in the car. We don’t know what it’s like to experience that life day in and day out. We can’t imagine feeling that kind of fear and anger. We’re ashamed that in the past we’ve allowed ourselves to be uninformed about how deeply rooted systemic racism is. We’ve been teaching our children differently than the way our parents taught us. We want to educate ourselves about other people’s experiences and talk to our kids about everything, all of it… especially our own complicity. We talk about our bias, blindness and our own mistakes. We look back and see so many mistakes which have led us to deeply examine who we are and who we want to become. They’ve led us to huge avenues of education.”

Wow! Talk about changing the way they think, and the way they live — no easy feat, but an admirable declaration to make a change!

The couple, share 5-year-old James, 3-year-old Inez, and a third child born in 2019 of whom they still have yet to publicly revel a name.

Their statement continued, referencing those kids and the family’s pledge to be strong allies for racial justice in their lives going forward:

“We’re committed to raising our kids so they never grow up feeding this insane pattern and so they’ll do their best to never inflict pain on another being consciously or unconsciously. It’s the least we can do to honor not just George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and Eric Garner, but all the black men and women who have been killed when a camera wasn’t rolling … Mainly, we want to use our privilege and platform to be an ally. And to play a part in easing pain for so many who feel as though this grand experiment is failing them.”

So inspiring!

Very well spoken, and a much-needed gesture considering the contentious climate of the past few days.

In a recent Instagram post following the death of George Floyd, Lizzo shared a powerful message urging white people to speak up and be actively anti-racist. “White people, this is your daily reminder that as long as you stay silent, you are part of the problem,” she said. “I know you’re not racist, but you have to be more than that.” She also reminded her Black followers that it is not their responsibility to educate people on racism or white privilege. “It is exhausting, and if they don’t see it or believe it by now, they don’t want to,” she said. “There’s Google, there are books, and they can do that for themselves.”

The “Good As Hell” singer went on to say the nationwide Black Lives Matters protests are just the beginning of progress. “Now that the protesters have everyone’s attention, what are the next steps we’re gonna take to make sure we’re actually moving forward and we don’t go back to this bullsh*t?” she asked. Ariana Grande, Halsey, Kehlani, And More Joined Protests Against Racist Violence

At the end of last week and into the weekend, thousands of Americans in cities like Minneapolis, Louisville, Columbus, Chicago, New York, and more gathered to protest police violence in light of the recent deaths of unarmed civilians George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and more. Soon, the movement had grown global, with notable demonstrations in New Zealand, England, Germany, Italy, and other European countries taking place, as well.

Meanwhile, celebrities were using their platforms to support these protests and stand in solidarity. Others — like Michael B. Jordan, Fiona Apple, and so many more — ventured out to participate in local protests directly. Find some of the notable ones below.

  • Halsey

The pop star shared on social media how she witnessed police fire rubber bullets at her and her group in Los Angeles while their “hands were up. unmoving. and they gassed and fired.” On her Instagram Story, she showed off a bruise. • Ariana Grande

Grande tweeted photos from a “hours and hours of peaceful protesting” on Saturday. “All throughout Beverly Hills and West Hollywood we chanted, people beeped and cheered along. • Machine Gun Kelly

  • Lauren Jauregui

Jauregui attended a protest in Miami over the weekend and reported that “we were thousands strong and peaceful as fuck and then shit got rowdy a bit after I left and people are being tear gassed, rubber bullets are flying from snipers and police are in FULL gear. Shit is real.” The “50ft.” singer continued with a follow-up tweet on Monday: “If you’re more upset about property damage than the damage done to a community when they are legally terrorized by the police: YOU ARE DAMAGED. START HEALING.”

  • Lorde

Nearly two weeks after sending an update about work on her newest album, Lorde shared another message that included details from a peaceful Black Lives Matter protest in Auckland. “This ongoing systemic brutality by police is racist, it’s sickening, and it’s unsurprising,” she wrote in the above note.
